Many medical records departments are only equipped to return patient records via mail or fax. Though, we understand that many patients want to receive a digital copy of their records.
When creating a request with PatientBank, you can select “PatientBank” on the following card to have a digital copy of your records returned.

How it works
When you select the PatientBank option, your hospital or doctor’s office will send your medical records to PatientBank via electronic fax, which converts the documents into a PDF file.
You will then receive an email notification from PatientBank to securely view and download this file.
